Job summary

CHI Lisbon Health, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks an RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active North Dakota RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active North Dakota RN license in ND.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Willing to obtain PALS/ACLS/TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to develop individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Participate in ongoing education and teach patients to support care.
• Delegate tasks to UAPs with clear direction and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to support safe care.
• Regularly evaluate practice against standards and engage in peer review processes.
• Offer a $20,000 sign-on incentive to new hires who meet eligibility requirements.
