Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS or PALS or NALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nurses, and health-care team members
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy and dignity of diverse patients
