Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Staff RN to join a hospital-based team. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach within a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff and health care team members.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
