Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg position in Great Falls, MT. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of $30.81 per hour to $44.89 per hour, depending on experience, with a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $7,500. Salary Range:

• Minimum: $30.81 per hour
• Maximum: $44.89 per hour with 3 years nursing experience
  Sign-on Bonus: $10,000
  Relocation Bonus: Up to $7,500 (varies based on mileage)
  Rate Differentials: +$2 for night and weekend shifts (pending on-call and charge differentials)
  Position Notes: Candidates will work in a new facility with low patient ratios.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under direction from Providers, Acute Care Director, and Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Nurses effectively interact with patients and significant others, while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. Hospital Nurses provide care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and with a broad range of medical conditions. Gives direction to LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, Dietary Staff. Receives direction from Providers, Acute Care Director, Charge Nurse, and CNO.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

• Med/Surgical Nursing experience preferred
• Pediatric Nursing experience preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
