Job summary

TMS in Fort Collins, CO seeks an experienced RN - Med Surg to provide comprehensive nursing care for adults with medical and surgical conditions. Assess, monitor, and treat patients, coordinate with the team, and ensure safe discharge planning.

Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor's in Nursing, active RN license, and BLS. ACLS is preferred or required per facility. 1–2 years of med-surg or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
