Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced ED nurse to provide specialized care for patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. You will perform rapid assessments, prioritize based on acuity, administer treatments, and collaborate with the emergency team to stabilize patients.

The ideal candidate has an RN license with a nursing degree and 1–2 years in emergency/acute care, plus preferred certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC depending on patient population.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• 1–2 years in Emergency Department or acute care preferred.
• Experience with emergency assessment, trauma, and critical patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment and triage based on acuity.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and emergency interventions safely.
• Respond promptly to trauma, cardiac emergencies, and other critical situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the emergency healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide patient and family education, emotional support, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety standards.

Education & Experience:
