Job summary

HCA Florida West Hospital seeks a dynamic RN Float Pool role for PRN coverage across units. You will float between nursing areas, advocating for patients and families while delivering skilled assessments and care planning.

Requirements include Florida RN license (or eligibility), 2 years bedside acute care experience, and BLS. ACLS is preferred and required within 6 months. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or eligible before start
• 2 years’ bedside RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current BLS
• ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN preferred

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
