Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Float Pool. You will deliver compassionate nursing care across multiple units during 8-hour night shifts, with every-other weekend commitments and a $2/hour float differential.

Qualifications

• MN RN License is required.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) required.

As a Med/Surg Float Pool RN, you'll be a key player in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, delivering care across a variety of units, including Orthopedics, Medical/Telemetry, Observation, Surgical, and Oncology. Schedule: This position is scheduled for 56 hours per two-week pay period, 8-hour night shifts (11pm– 7:30am), with every other weekend required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). As an added bonus, Float Pool RNs receive an additional $2.00 per hour.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
