Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is hiring Registered Nurses in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care on a mixed acuity Med/Surg unit, with patient assessments, care planning, and timely documentation in the EHR.

This position offers a supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth. Schedule details include 2 shifts per week of 12-hour nights, with rotating days, every 3rd weekend, and rotating holidays.

Competenze

• Current, active Registered Nurse license in Colorado (or compact license eligibility).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across a mixed acuity Medical Surgical unit.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment plans, and discharge needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
