Job summary

Tenet is seeking a Clinical team leader for Med Surg nights. You will make patient assignments, assist with patient flow, and work with the Nursing Supervisor to place patients.

You will serve as a resource to the nursing staff, address clinical patient needs, and intervene when there are complaints or concerns, while maintaining department productivity.

This role requires collaboration with leadership to keep the unit informed of issues and to support safe, efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing or clinical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the Clinical team on Med Surg nights. Making patient assignments, assisting with patient flow and working with the Nursing Supervisor to place patients. Working with the team and being a Resource to the nursing staff and assisting with clinical patient needs and intervening when there are patient complaints/concerns. Responsible for keeping productivity in line for the department and keeping the Director informed of any issues or occurrences on the unit.
