• Strong conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing to ensure nursing care standards and budget alignment.
• Assess and adjust staffing for current and upcoming shifts.
• Coach and counsel nursing personnel per hospital policy.
• Monitor adherence to time and attendance policies.
• Provide clinical expertise in patient placement and bed availability.
• Coordinate transfers and assess patient needs for movement.

• Detail-oriented, particularly in examining clinical and numerical data.

• Additional Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Surgical Step Down
