Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse in good standing with Ohio licensure.
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrates clinical leadership and effective communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessment and ongoing monitoring for a group of complex patients.
• Coordinate nursing care and prioritize patient safety and outcomes.
• Precept new employees and support staff development.
• Follow hospital orientation and maintain annual training requirements.

Skills

Verbal and written communication

BLS/CPR recertification

Education
