Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, OH is seeking an RN to join the 5 North Complex Medical Care Unit in the Med Surg department. This per diem, day-shift role focuses on delivering direct nursing care and collaborating with the care team to enhance patient experiences.

You will implement and monitor care plans, record patient conditions, follow physician orders, and coordinate discharge needs while pursuing ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Certification required; ACLS for Critical Care area if applicable.

Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external applicants
• Less than 2 years of experience for internal applicants, with post-orientation/90-day probationary period considered

Licenses & Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required if in a Critical Care area, to be presented upon hire or within the first year
