Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as needed.
