Qualifications

• Must have MDS experience and be licensed in Ohio (RN or LPN).
• Familiarity with Restorative programming and ICD-9 coding required.
• Experience aligning with regulatory timeframes for MDS assessments.

Responsibilities

• Review residents admitted and compare physician orders with each resident’s plan of care.
• Schedule routine MDS assessments (initial, quarterly, annual).
• Schedule ARD for routine MDS assessments with input from the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Schedule change in status assessments as instructed.
• Complete Re-entry and Discharge tracking MDS within 7 days of the event.
