You will complete MDS 3.0 assessments, create comprehensive plans of care after reviewing medical records, and collaborate with direct care staff, physicians, and families to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation environments is required.
• Understanding of the MDS 3.0 process is expected.
