Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care setting.
• Must possess a current unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with medical staff, nursing personnel and department directors.
• Works beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Attends and participates in continuing education programs.
• Maintains liaison with residents, families and support departments to plan for residents' needs.
