Qualifications
- ASN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN Virginia state license.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- LTC and MDS experience preferred.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate RN MDS processes to support patient care.
- Build relationships with patients and families to improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with care teams to deliver holistic, compassionate care.
- Provide leadership in ensuring top-notch care and documentation.
