The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, holds an active RN license in Ohio, and has experience in long-term care with MDS/RAI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care and MDS/RAI processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate MDS assessments and the RAI process.
• Provide Medicare, Medicaid case mix oversight to ensure appropriate services and reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and CommuniCare guidelines; contribute to quality outcomes.
