Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state in which the facility is located.
• Flexible working schedule and ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the MDS process with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the MDS process following the RAI manual.
• Completes the required submissions weekly or as designated by the Director of Nursing.
• Develops/updates comprehensive care plans in conjunction with MDS.
