Republic Nursing & Rehab in Republic, Missouri seeks an RN MDS Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee MDS and care plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely, accurate documentation across the facility.

The role requires an active RN license, MDS experience, and strong organizational skills. A collaborative, team-focused approach helps ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior MDS Experience
• Long Term Care Experience Required
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Completing accurate assessments, MDS & care plans as assigned

• Initiating care plans and supporting activities as assigned

• Creating and distributing monthly care plan calendars in a timely fashion
