Job summary

Wellpath is seeking an RN MAT Coordinator in Napa, CA to lead and oversee the delivery of medication assisted treatment within assigned facilities. You will coordinate program development, ensure integrated care, and support patient outcomes across medical, behavioral health, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s in clinical/counseling psychology or social work, or RN with accredited nursing degree.
• Substance abuse certification desirable.
• Experience coordinating behavioral health/medical service delivery systems; QA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate MAT services with medical, nursing, behavioral health and security staff.
• Provide clinical supervision, staff training and program development.
• Direct clinical services and assign duties within licensure scope.
• Conduct patient assessments, support screenings and referrals, coordinate labs/drug screens.
• Coordinate MAT operations, including scheduling and collaboration with community clinics.
