Job summary

Schervier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center seeks an experienced RN Manager for a full-time, Monday–Friday day shift (9am–5pm) in Bronx, NY. Lead nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality resident care with compassionate family communication.

Ideal candidates hold NY RN license with at least 3 years in skilled nursing and prior supervisory experience. Benefits include PTO, sick time, paid holidays, 401(k), and health/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY RN license (required).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Supervise, train, and support nursing staff.
• Communicate with residents and families with professionalism and compassion.
• Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Implement and maintain care standards, policies, and procedures.
