Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Evening Shift to lead our nursing team in providing compassionate, high‑quality care to residents in a Bronx facility near the Hudson River.

The role requires an active NY RN license with prior nursing home experience; availability on full-time or part-time basis; compensation range $48–$56 per hour BOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license and certification required.
• Prior nursing home RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and directing nursing staff on assigned units.
• Ongoing evaluation of staff performance to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts by supervising CNAs, LPNs, and support staff.
