Job summary

Astera seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Manager - Clinical Support for its Urology Practice with locations in Morristown, Wayne and Whippany. The role oversees daily clinical operations across 3+ locations and leads a team of triage nurses, RNs, LPNs and medical assistants to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 3–5 years in Urology and supervisory experience; must travel to all sites. Bachelor’s degree and OncoEMR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years RN experience in Urology.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably OncoEMR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations across 3+ locations.
• Lead clinical support team including triage, RN, LPN and MAs.
• Review metrics and develop staff schedules.
• Audit workflows to meet regulatory and accrediting standards.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain Astera intranet/SharePoint pages.
