Astera Cancer Care in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager - Clinical Support for the Urology Practice across Morristown, Wayne and Whippany area. You will oversee clinical staff and coordinate with front office leadership to maintain a safe, productive environment.

The role requires nursing leadership experience in urology, a valid RN license, and supervisory capabilities. Travel to all office sites is required; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Current RN License; CPR Cert.
• 3–5 years RN experience in Urology.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (OncoEMR).

Mansioni

• Oversees daily operations of clinical staff across 3+ locations.
• Collaborates with Front Office Managers to optimize clinic operations.
• Develops staff schedules and manages timecards.
• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Mentors and develops clinical staff to meet performance expectations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety.
