Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, GA seeks an RN Manager for PACU Same Day Surgery to coordinate patient care, supervise the care team, and assess unit needs related to acuity and staffing. The role collaborates with the Nursing Supervisor and Director on quality improvement and educational opportunities, while providing hands-on coaching.
The candidate should have an active GA RN license, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus 5+ years in related areas with supervisory experience preferred.

Under the supervision of the Director, the RN Manager PACU Same Day Surgery coordinates and supervises the patient care and assignment of all patient care team members and assesses the overall needs of the unit related to patient acuity and staffing. The Manager collaborates with the Nursing Supervisor and Director for participation in quality improvement, assists with the assessment of educational opportunities, and provides hands- on patient care coaching.
