SEARHC is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead the Outpatient Specialty Clinic in Sitka, Alaska. You will guide a skilled team to improve clinic operations, patient flow, safety, quality, and the patient experience while advancing Tribal health in Southeast Alaska.

The role requires 5+ years of RN practice, ambulatory care experience, and 2+ years in supervision. Alaska RN license (or ability to obtain) is required. Competitive pay with a $25K sign-on and $10K relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of varied RN experience, including ≥1 year in ambulatory care.
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare.
• Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska or ability to obtain).
• Proven strengths in leadership, change management, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Clinic team—coaching, staffing, and safety culture.
• Optimize schedules, referrals, and access with leadership.
• Improve workflows to reduce wait times and enhance patient experience.
• Ensure policies and competencies are current and followed.
