Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in healthcare.
• Active RN license in the U.S. (Alaska or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Specialty Clinic team—coaching, staffing, and building a culture of safety.
• Standardize and improve workflows to enhance throughput and reduce wait times.
• Monitor key metrics (flow, access, quality indicators) and drive continuous improvement.
