Job summary

Valley Cities is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for Outpatient Services in the Greater Seattle Area, WA. This full-time exempt role oversees RN care coordination across ten clinics and leads clinical quality and compliance initiatives within a growing CCBHC framework.

The role requires a BSN (or ADN with leadership experience), 3–5 years nursing with 2+ years in supervision, and WA RN licensure with CPR/BLS. Driver's license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in WA.
• 3–5 years RN experience with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience in behavioral health, community health, or a CCBHC setting.

Responsibilities

• System-wide clinical oversight for RN care coordination across 10 clinics.
• Develop and maintain CCBHC compliance protocols and conduct audits.
• Coordinate care with DCOs, primary care partners, hospitals, and community orgs.
• Distribute phone support across the regional RN team and supervise admin staff with the Director.
