Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care in Seattle is seeking a Regional RN Care Coordinator to serve as the clinical anchor for your region, coordinating complex care and reviewing screening flags with LAI administration under the RN Manager's support.
You will oversee Medical Assistants, coordinate hospital follow-ups, and ensure CCBHC screening measures are completed while fostering therapeutic relationships with clients facing SPMI and substance use disorders.
