Job summary

Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care is seeking an RN Manager for Outpatient Services in the Greater Seattle Area, WA. This full-time exempt role leads clinical coordination across 10 clinics and drives CCBHC compliance and quality initiatives, reporting to the Director of Outpatient Medical Services.

Required are a WA RN license, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver's license, with a BSN preferred (ADN considered with leadership experience).

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• System-Wide Clinical Oversight: oversee RN care coordination staff across 10 clinic sites and serve as clinical escalation point.
• CCBHC Compliance & Quality: develop and maintain compliance protocols and conduct quality audits of EHR documentation.
• External & Cross-Site Coordination: coordinate care with partners and manage multi-site providers.
• Leadership Responsibilities: distribute phone support and supervise medical admin staff with the Director of Outpatient Medical Services.
