Providence Mount St. Vincent in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced LTC/Geriatric RN leader to join the leadership team as RN Nurse Manager.

You will oversee residents, staff, and unit operations with 24-hour accountability, mentoring caregivers and ensuring care processes are followed to maintain high standards. This role emphasizes staffing adequacy, staff development, and a collaborative work environment within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Education sufficient for licensure.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing.
• 2 years In Long Term care setting including end of life care.

RN Nurse Manager

You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority, and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employees assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching, and following up with staff to validate care processes that are being followed.

We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.

Required Qualifications:

• Education sufficient for licensure.

Pay Range: $52.26 - $81.13. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
