This renowned 700+ bed medical center is searching for a dedicated leader to fill the role of RN Manager Labor & Delivery. The RN Manager Labor & Delivery will report directly to the Director Labor & Delivery. Key responsibilities include overseeing nursing care, ensuring compliance, driving quality initiatives, and managing daily operations. The role also involves emergency readiness, resource management, budget oversight, staffing, and achieving financial targets. Further, the RN Manager Labor & Delivery will lead, mentor, and support professional development, spearhead performance improvement and Magnet initiatives, handle complaints and service recovery, and manage additional duties as assigned.
