Jobot is seeking an RN Manager—Inpatient Services to lead daily operations in the Patient Care Unit and ICU. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient patient care, staff leadership, and budget-conscious management within a premier hospital.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Colorado, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and several years of critical care experience, with strong leadership abilities to drive clinical excellence across units.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license to practice in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)
• Emergency Nurses Association - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or able to obtain within two years
• At least 3 years experience as an RN
• At least 2 years critical care RN experience

The Nurse Manager—Inpatient Services is a FULLTIME, Permanent Position, that provides leadership and assumes delegated responsibility for oversight of day-to-day operations and personnel within the assigned areas, including the Patient Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit. This role uses independent judgment and discretion to manage personnel, support positive staff relations, and ensure safe and efficient patient care while remaining budget-focused. This position also acts as a care coordinator, change agent, and advocate for clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date


• Basic Life Support (BLS)


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)


• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)


• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP)


• Emergency Nurses Association - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), or ability to obtain within two years of start date
