Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer in Charlottesville, VA to lead nursing strategy and care excellence. You will oversee nursing leadership, collaborate across disciplines, and drive staffing and culture improvements to improve patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold BSN and Master’s degree (or enrolled), RN license with BLS, 5+ years in hospital settings and 2+ years in nursing management; ACLS preferred. Attractive benefits and mission-driven environment.
