Qualifications and Requirements

Current state RN license and nursing degree from an accredited program required. Additional requirements include:

• ADN required, BSN preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 2-3 years RN experience, with at least 1-year supervisory experience preferred

Department/Unit Summary

Opportunity available for RN Manager in Critical Care Telemetry/ICU. Our Telemetry unit has 22 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. The ICU has 18 beds with a 1:2/3 ratio, caring for patients on vents, BiPAP, vasopressors, insulin drips, and more.

This position reports to the Director of Critical Care and involves defining the department's mission, directing operations, and developing personnel.
