Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Alaska RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an RN in a healthcare facility.
• 1 year of long-term care or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team to deliver elder-centered care.
• Oversee operational management and ensure comprehensive quality improvement and infection control.
• Participate in regulatory compliance and contribute to executive team initiatives.

Education

Registered Nurse license - Alaska

BLS Certification - American Heart Association

Bachelor's degree in health sciences (preferred)
