Job summary

Providence Kodiak Island Long Term Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the leadership team in providing elder-centered care with compassion and ethical standards. Under supervision, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary staff to maintain quality improvement and infection control across the facility in Kodiak, Alaska.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Alaska RN License required on hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required on hire.
• 3 years RN experience in a healthcare facility.
• 1 year long-term care or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elder-centered nursing care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary team.
• Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Serve on the hospital executive team and contribute to organizational leadership.
