Job summary

HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced RN Manager CVICU to lead critical care nursing, ensure high-quality, efficient patient care, and mentor a skilled team.

The role requires ACLS/BLS certification, an active Florida RN license (or compact), 3+ years in acute care, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. BSN is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, patient-centered work environment.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) National Certification within 12 months of hire into position.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulation
• 3+ years of experience in acute, critical care nursing required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or enrolled within six months of hire into position with completion within 2 years required; BSN preferred
