Job summary

Clovis Community Medical Center in California seeks an RN Manager, Cath Lab to provide operational, clinical and financial leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab, Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology, and the PICA. Leads ~75 staff across nurses, sonographers, ECG techs and radiologic staff.

You will drive staffing, quality, regulatory compliance and employee development, while partnering with physicians to grow diagnostic, interventional, electrophysiology and vascular services using data-driven

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience; leadership required.
• Cath Lab experience: at least 1 year.
• RN license to practice in California and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical and financial leadership for Cardiac Cath Lab and related services.
• Lead a team of ~75 nurses, technologists and staff to high performance.
• Drive staffing, quality, regulatory compliance and employee development.
• Partner with physicians to grow diagnostic, interventional and vascular programs.
• Use data-informed decisions to improve outcomes and care experience.
