Summary of Job Duties:

The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate care, triage, collaborate with providers, facilitate appointments, and develop individual health plans with patients and families.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate's, Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's)
  • Must be an RN graduate
  • At least 1 year of RN experience in critical care/ED/ICU
  • Valid RN license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification (or within one year of starting)
Additional Information:

Employees must be fitted for and capable of using PPE, including N95 masks, PAPR, or CAPR.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and document patient data
  • Develop and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications
  • Ensure care is consistent with standards and regulations
  • Support evidence-based nursing practices
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders
  • Document care appropriately
  • Report variances and participate in recruitment/retention
  • Develop evidence-based practice standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
