Summary of Job Duties: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, coordinate care for patients, triage patients, and collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. Responsibilities include working with patient referral sources, facilitating appointments, coordinating transitions of care, and providing patient education on complex conditions. The RN will develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; critical care/ED/ICU required
  • Valid RN License
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current BLS
  • ACLS certification (or obtain within one year)

Additional Information: Employees must be fitted for and capable of donning PPE, including N95 masks, PAPR, or CAPR.

  • Assess and document patient data
  • Develop and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications following standards and regulations
  • Ensure care delivery aligns with standards and regulations
