Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN registered nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care in Magnolia, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and meaningful patient care.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license and experience in home health or acute care. You will perform assessments, create care plans, and document care with integrity while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (required)
• Home health or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred)
