Varco Home Health in Royse City, TX is seeking PRN registered nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care, offering a flexible, self-managed schedule and meaningful patient impact. You’ll perform in-home assessments, develop and follow care plans, administer skilled nursing care, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining high clinical standards.

Active Texas RN license required; home health or acute care experience preferred; pay is $50-$120 per visit

• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
