Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN RN to deliver high-quality in-home, one-on-one nursing across Magnolia, TX and surrounding areas. This flexible role offers autonomy with a self-managed schedule and meaningful patient care.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plan development, skilled nursing, caregiver education, progress monitoring, and precise documentation. Texas RN license is required; home health or acute care experience preferred; Kinnser/WellSky experience

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.
