Job summary

Varco Home Health in Canyon, TX seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver one-on-one in-home care. You will perform assessments, develop and follow care plans, and provide skilled nursing including wound and catheter care, chronic disease management, and safety education for patients and families.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy with a self-managed schedule and meaningful patient-centered work. Texas RN license is required; home health or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred).
