Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, North Carolina, seeks a registered nurse to plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders. You will work under established policies and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma and a NC RN license with BLS. A year of clinical experience is required and opportunities for ongoing professional development are offered.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure; BLS required.
• Twelve months of clinical experience required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with patients and team.

Mansioni

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Act as team leader or charge nurse for a group of patients or unit.
• Monitor and maintain the care environment including equipment and resources.
• Participate in professional development and performance improvement activities.
• Assist in staff development and training of learners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
