Job summary

Etowah Landing Care & Rehabilitation Center in Rome, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts (Mon, Tue and Wed, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This 100-bed facility provides short-term, long-term and ventilator care in a home-like setting with a focus on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include walk-through shift start/end reports, handing off vital resident information, timely treatments, accurate charting, timely resident evaluations, infection control, and maintaining a friendly bedside

Qualifications

• GA Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Night shift availability: Mon/Wed nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Walk-through shift start/end clinical reports with on-coming nursing personnel.
• Sharing/receiving relevant and vital information for the resident care plan.
• Complying with policy regarding medical record documentation.
• Ensuring timeliness of treatments and clinical rounds.
• Provides timely, accurate and effective resident evaluations.
• Maintains infection control practices and proper disposable supply handling.
• Present friendly and caring bedside manner to all residents.

Etowah Landing Care & Rehabilitation Center is located in picturesque Rome, Georgia. Our mission is providing a home setting while maintaining the highest quality care and treatment to all of our residents. We offer short-term, long-term, and ventilator care in our 100 bed facility.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Nights

7:00PM - 7:00AM

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour base pay

Responsibilities of our Registered Nurse include:

• Walk-thru shift start/end clinical reports with on-coming nursing personnel.
• Sharing/receiving relevant and vital information for the effective resident plan of care.
• Complying with Policy-Procedure regarding medical record documentation.
• Ensuring timeliness of all treatments clinical rounds surveillance.
• Provides timely, accurate and effective resident evaluations in response to care needs.
• Always maintains infection control practices inclusive of disposable supply changes.
• Present friendly and caring bedside manner to all residents.
