VIVA Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting across Austin neighborhoods including North/South/East/West Austin, Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Pflugerville.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available; may care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, BiPAP or IV needs; day and night shifts; 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.

Qualificações

• Active Texas LVN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Collaborate with care team and family.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN or LVN, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in North/South/East/West Austin, Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

May include care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube needs, BiPAP or IV needs.

Shift Schedule

Day Shift and Night Shift available

8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available
